my string theory

this from another (the other) reader: "in case you haven't seen these: http://www.youtube.com/user/StanfordUniversity?blend=1&ob=5#p/u/21/25haxRuZQUk
stanford lectures on string/m theory"

i'm watching, but i have my own theory, of physics, which involves something like a string. i'm not sure what this has to do with the subject of these videos, but let's see.

a question to start us off: why should things on a very different scale be different in other regards than size? i acknowledge that variation of one type is accompanied by variation other kinds of variation, which i identify as a fundamental quality of existence, but that's only half the picture. the rest is: things stay the same across spectra of variation. things change, and they stay the same.

the next my string theory entry is how to describe invisible things.
