full org

The direct to web concept goes way beyond just cameras. It goes way beyond photos, even though photos are quite central to everything. Here's what it goes to: we're in a world which gives us physical (sort of) access to VAST amounts of data. The problem is, there's too much to look at ... or is there? Why wouldn't we just look at vast amounts of content?

It's a question of how it's organized. What are the organizing principles behind today's content? A publisher wants you to look at their site. A store wants you to make a purchase. A browser wants to help you look at sites. Do any of these mission statements include any words about looking at vast amounts of content?

Here's the solution to data overload: technology has given us physical access to vast amounts of data, now technology will help us look at - absorb - vast amounts of data.

And, in terms of business process, what you do is, you identify the goal, and then you figure out how to achieve it. Step one is complete. Org seed planted.
